During OPEN ARMS 2000 our mission was:
Deployed to Le Mar Island (Camp Santiago Ttaining Site) commencing on 161300QJUL00 to provide Combat Support in ?Open Arms 00?. Charlie Company mobilized, deployed, occupied, secured and Defended Base Bravo. The Battalion established, operated, and maintained one signal node within Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) NLT 181700QJUL00 in support of Open Arms 2000. Charlie Company provide communication to the Base Cluster Commander, and Base Alpha Commander. Conducted lanes training, and conducted base defense operation, to ensured proficiency on the technical and tactical survivor skills, and on ordered, commenced redeployment to Home Station on 30JUL0800.
